Looking for a more personalized workout with a certified instructor? The YMCA has small group fitness classes available to register for. Below is a list of offerings: 

Team Bootcamp at all YMCA of Lansing locations

Looking for a way to challenge your exercise and nutrition? Grab a team and join the Team Bootcamp challenge where you will complete challenges as a team, make lifestyle changes and step outside of your comfort zone! Small Group Training - Bullet Proof Knees: 

This fantastic small group training program will begin in March. Try it for FREE the following dates in February.  Join NASM Certified Personal Trainer Charles Halt. 

Feb 4th (Tuesday) at 8 am 

Feb 15th (Saturday) at 10am 

Feb 19th (Wednesday) at 7am 

Feb 28th (Friday) 1pm 

Too often we stop performing activities, deciding we have bad knees. This class is all about solving a variety of knee problems by strengthening not only the knee joint, but all the supporting muscles around them as well!
