Team Bootcamp at all YMCA of Lansing locations

Looking for a way to challenge your exercise and nutrition? Grab a team and join the Team Bootcamp challenge where you will complete challenges as a team, make lifestyle changes and step outside of your comfort zone! Virtual Fitness
