Specialty Group Fitness Classes: 

Looking for a more personalized workout with a certified instructor? The YMCA has small group fitness classes available to register for. Below is a list of offerings: 

Small Group Yoga - 4 Week Program at Parkwood YMCA

Want to build on your yoga foundations? Have an injury and looking for modifications? If yes, this yoga session is for you! This class is an introduction to fundamental
postures to build your practice, focusing on proper alignment with the use of props. With limited class sizes, hands on assistance and feedback, you’ll feel stronger, more flexible, and increase your body awareness! $42/Month

Team Bootcamp at all YMCA of Lansing locations

Looking for a way to challenge your exercise and nutrition? Grab a team and join the Team Bootcamp challenge where you will complete challenges as a team, make lifestyle changes and step outside of your comfort zone! Compete to become the winning team, or the biggest loser (most inches lost)! $75/person. Click on the flyer below (page 2) for full details of the program!

Sprint 8 Cycle  - 8 Week Program at Oak Park YMCA

This 8 week course will condition both the aerobic and anaerobic processes of the heart muscle and strengthen all three muscle fiber types in a time efficient manner! All levels are welcome, must commit to all 8 weeks 3x a week for optimal results. Cost $24 ($1 per class) to enjoy long lasting health benefits, register at the welcome center! Monday, September 16th - Friday November 8th from 10:15am-10:45am. We will be offering this class in the future. For updates, on the program, please email Molly Nevins at mnevins@lansingymca.org
