All the group fitness instructors at the Lansing YMCA are skilled at modifying workouts to meet the needs and fitness levels of class participants, regardless of age. We also offer classes specifically tailored to senior citizens—look for the following classes on the schedules at your favorite branch: EnhanceFitness, Chair Yoga, Silver Sneakers, Stronger Longer, Tai Chi, and Forever Young.
